An intervertebral cage for implanting between two adjacent vertebral bodies, comprises a cylinder base. The base includes an upper surface, a lower surface and an inner peripheral surface. The upper surface approaches to one of the vertebral bodies. The lower surface approaches to the other vertebral body. The inner peripheral surface defines a vertical through hole and forms an inner reticulated framework structure. The inner reticulated framework structure defines plural inner channels communicating the vertical through hole.
