This organopolysiloxane graft polymer contains a repeating unit that is derived from N,N-dimethylacrylamide in the polymer segment that is derived from an unsaturated monomer in an amount of from 50% by mass to 100% by mass (inclusive). The content of the organopolysiloxane segment in this organopolysiloxane graft polymer is from 10% by mass to 70% by mass (inclusive).
