The separating type syrup shower head for bakery and confectionery comprises: a head main body (11) having the outer diameter widening from the upper side toward the lower side, one upper side connected to a syrup supplying pipe using pipe for receiving the syrup, and the opened other lower side； a shower plate (12) including multiple syrup spraying holes (12a) with openings on the upper and lower sides, and assembled to an opening of the head main body to be separated for spraying the syrup supplied to the head main body through the syrup spraying holes； and a clamp (13) assembling the head main body and the shower plate.본 발명은 제빵 제과용 분리형 시럽 샤워기 헤드 및 이를 포함하는 시럽 샤워 장치에 관한 것으로, 케이크(cake) 등의 빵이나 쿠키 등의 과자를 제조할 때 시럽(설탕물 등) 또는 토핑을 도포하고 분해를 통해 대장균 등에 의한 오염을 신속하게 해소함을 목적으로 한다.본 발명에 의한 제빵 제과용 분리형 시럽 샤워기 헤드는, 상부에서 하부로 가면서 외경이 커지는 형태이며 상부의 일측은 시럽 공급관과 관이음되어 시럽을 공급받으며 하부의 타측은 개방된 헤드 본체(11)와； 다수의 상하 개방형 시럽 분사홀(12a)이 구비되며 상기 헤드 본체의 개방부에 분리 가능하게 조립되어 상기 헤드 본체에 공급되는 시럽을 상기 시럽 분사홀을 통해 분사하는 샤워 플레이트(12)와； 상기 헤드 본체와 상기 샤워 플레이트를 조립하는 클램프(13)로 구성된다.본 발명에 의한 제빵 제과용 분리형 시럽 샤워기 헤드를 포함하는 시럽 샤워 장치는, 내부에 시럽이 저장되는 시럽 탱크(20)와； 상기 시럽 탱크에 저장된 시럽을 펌핑하여 공급하는 펌프(30)와； 다수개의 공급관이 클램프를 통해 분리 가능하게 관이음되어 구성되며 상기 펌프에 의해 펌핑되는 시럽을 공급하는 시럽 공급배관(40)과； 상기 시럽 공급배관의 관로에 분리 가능하게 관이음되는 밸브관(51), 컨트롤러의 제어에 의해 상기 밸브관을 개폐하는 개폐부(52)로 이루어진 솔레노이드 밸브(50)와； 상기 시럽 공급배관의 배출단에 분리 가능하게 설치되며 상기 솔레노이드 밸브의 개폐를 통해 상기 시럽 공급배관의 배출단에 공급되는 시럽을 분사하는 제빵 제과용 분리형 시럽 샤워기 헤드(10)로 구성된다.
