PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat generation gel sheet having a water-containing gel layer including cosmetics and a heat generation layer in which variations in heat generation characteristics are suppressed regardless of an ambient temperature, atmospheric pressure, etc. in storage and use and without providing restrictions on materials, prescription/blending, etc.SOLUTION: A heat generation gel sheet includes a heat generation layer that generates heat by an oxidation reaction, and a water-containing gel layer comprising a hydrophilic water-containing gel material including cosmetics.
