Method for developing blood-free liver segment volumetry and liver surgery planning in selecting appropriate donors for living donor liver transplantation
PURPOSE: A method for measuring the volume of a liver area for selecting a donor for living body liver transplantation is provided to easily determine conformance as a donor by measuring the volume of a liver area except for a liver blood vessel through a portal phase abdomen CT image. CONSTITUTION: 3D portal phase abdomen volume data is obtained through a CT(Computed Tomography) technique(S110). An initial liver is extracted from abdomen volume data(S120). An actual liver area is divided from the initial liver(S130). A liver blood vessel area is divided from the liver area(S140). The cut side of the liver area is calculated from the liver area(S150). The volume of the liver area except for the liver blood vessel area is calculated based on the cut side of the liver area(S160).본 발명은, CT 기법을 통해 3차원 문맥기 복부 볼륨데이터를 획득하는 단계와, 상기 복부 볼륨데이터로부터 초기 간 형태를 추출하는 단계와, 상기 초기 간 형태로부터 실제 간 영역을 분할하는 단계와, 상기 간 영역으로부터 간 혈관 영역을 분할하는 단계와, 상기 간 영역에서 간 절제면을 계산하는 단계, 및 상기 간 절제면을 기준으로 상기 간 혈관 영역이 제외된 간 영역의 체적을 계산하는 단계를 포함하는 생체부분 간이식의 공여자 선별을 위한 간 영역 체적 측정 방법을 제공한다.상기 생체부분 간이식의 공여자 선별을 위한 간 영역 체적 측정 방법에 따르면, 문맥기 복부 CT 영상에서 간 혈관을 제외한 간 영역의 체적을 측정이 가능함에 따라 혈관 영역이 제거된 정확한 간 부분의 체적 측정을 통해 공여자로서의 적합성을 용이하게 판단할 수 있으며 공여자와 수여자의 수술 안정성을 확보할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
