PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for processing a surgical image based on a motion are provided to perform an actual surgery behavior by changing the output position of an endoscopy image which is outputted to a user monitor. CONSTITUTION: An image input(310) receives the image of an endoscope(8). A display unit(320) outputs the image of the endoscope to a certain area. A screen display controller(350) changes the certain area of the display unit corresponding to the viewing point of the endoscope. An arm controller(330) help an operator to adjust the position and function of the robot arm. A manipulation signal generator(340) transmits the manipulation signal of the operator to the slave robot.체감형 수술용 영상 처리 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 수술용 내시경으로부터 제공되는 내시경 영상을 입력받는 영상 입력부와, 내시경 영상을 특정 영역에 출력하는 화면 표시부와, 수술용 내시경의 관점에 상응하여 내시경 영상을 출력하는 화면 표시부의 특정 영역을 변경하는 화면 표시 제어부를 포함하는 체감형 수술용 영상 처리 장치는 수술용 내시경의 움직임에 상응하여 사용자가 보는 모니터에 출력되는 내시경 영상의 출력 위치를 변화시킴으로써, 사용자가 실제 수술 상황을 보다 현실감 있게 느낄 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
