A new land sapling planting method is provided, which comprises the steps of: paving a tree hole with a loose soil placing a sapling in the soil covering the loose soil on a root mass part of the sapling and allowing part of the root mass part of the sapling higher than a horizontal surface of a transplant region insertedly arranging several water transmission pipe bodies around the sapling, in which the water transmission pipe bodies are entered deeply into a mound formed therewith to get close to a bottom of the tree hole, and parts of water transmission pipe bodies are exposed to a surface of the mound filling water from exposed openings of the water transmission pipe bodies so that water can flow to the bottom of the tree hole through the water transmission pipe bodies and then diffuses to a periphery of the bottom of the tree hole.
