CONSTITUTION: An ecosystem structure for developing a habitat for fishes and aquatic animals in an ecological river comprises a structure(10) and an inflow and effluent water control device(20). In the center of the structure, a porous membrane(11) is installed in an arch shape. A compartment space(12) for the habitation of fishes is formed inside the porous membrane. An outside compartment space(13) for the habitation of fishes is formed outside the porous membrane. The structure is formed in a hollow semi-circle shape.본 발명은 도심하천 내 어류 및 수서동물의 서식지 조성을 위한 구조물에 관한 것으로, 생태계 훼손, 무리한 하천정비로 인한 훼손된 도심하천 내 다양한 수생동물 특히 어류 서식지에 있어 훼손 이전의 자연환경과 유사한 형태의 서식환경을 조성함으로써 하천 생태를 보존할 수 있도록 한 생태하천의 어류 및 수서동물 서식지 조성을 위한 생태 구조체에 관하여 개시한다.본 발명은 수변에 설치되는 것으로서 좌, 우 양측으로 내부와 연통되는 유입부 및 유출부가 구비되고 중앙에 설치된 다공성 격막에 의해 내부에 내, 외측 구획공간으로 구획되는 구조체； 구조체의 유입부 및 유출부 중 선택되는 어느 한쪽 또는 유입부 및 유출부 각각에 대응하여 설치되는 것으로서, 구조체의 유입부 및 유출부의 차단각도를 조절하여 유입 및 유출수량을 조절할 수 있도록 하는 유입 및 유출수 조절장치；를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.
