PURPOSE: An orthodontic appliance is provided to prevent an orthodontic appliance from being easily exposed outside, and to fix the appliance to the cheek surfaces of molar teeth in order to minimize the discomfort of a patient and allow a surgical operator to easily operate. CONSTITUTION: An orthodontic appliance is installed on front teeth, and left and right molar teeth at the rear of the front teeth. The appliance includes a lingual wire(11), a pair of cheek surface wires(12), and fixing parts(20). The lingual wire is placed on the lingual surfaces of the front teeth. The cheek surface wires are respectively extended from both ends of the lingual wire, and are placed on the cheek surfaces of the left and the right molar teeth. The lingual wire is respectively and movably fixed to the left and the right molar teeth with the fixing parts. The fixing part includes a first and a second bracket. One side surface of the brackets are respectively fixed to the left and the right molar teeth, and the lingual wires are movably fixed to the other side surface of the brackets.본 발명은 치아 교정장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 치아 교정시 와이어가 전치(前齒)에는 설면(舌面)에 고정되도록 하여 외부로 쉽게 노출되지 않도록 하는 한편, 구치(臼齒)에는 협면(頰面)에 고정되도록 하여 환자의 불편감을 최소화하고, 시술자에게 시술이 용이하도록 하기 위한 치아 교정장치를 제공하는 것이다.
