PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a user doing an exercise while watching a video image of a model exercise so that he or she can do the exercise by a more correct movement.SOLUTION: An exercise support device equipped with a display unit includes: video image storage means for storing a video image of one exercise frequency acquisition means for acquiring the frequency and display control means for displaying the video image stored in the video image storage means on the display unit, repeating it by the frequency acquired by the frequency acquisition means. The one exercise is composed of a plurality of movements.
