PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hypodermic injection device which has a plurality of fine needle parts that are hard to break and which can be manufactured relatively inexpensively, and to provide a method for manufacturing the hypodermic injection device.SOLUTION: A hypodermic injection device 10 includes, on a metal plate, a plate 11 with needles, the plate 11 having a plurality of needle parts 19 which are formed by press-forming the metal plate and have needle holes formed at distal end parts of the needle parts 19. On the reverse side of the plate 11 with needles, a liquid medicine storage part is provided and the hypodermic injection device 10 is configured in such a way that liquid medicine can be administered through the needle holes.
