PURPOSE: A seed coating apparatus is provided to have high economical efficiency by a condition not requiring a physical distribution as well as device and place for coating the seeds additionally for maximizing coating efficiency, and an effect of performing a coating work of bio-degenerating mulching film with seeds coated in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A seed coating apparatus(1) comprises a towing means(10), a seed viscosity means(20) adhering seed on a rear upper side of towing means of a biodegrade mulching film, and a coating means(30) coating to directly contacting the surface of seed with the seed adhered biodegrade mulching film by connecting with the rear of a lower towing means of the seed viscosity means.친환경적 재배방식 중의 하나인 멀칭(mulching) 재배기술에 관한 것으로, 작물을 재배하기 위하여 논이나 밭 등과 같은 현장에서 씨앗을 생분해 멀칭필름으로 점파시켜 점착시킨 후 그 씨앗이 점착된 생분해 멀칭필름을 지면으로의 피복까지 바로 이루어질 수 있도록 한 씨앗 피복장치에 관한 것이다. 씨앗 피복장치는, 견인수단； 상기 견인수단의 후방 상부에 생분해 멀칭필름에 씨앗을 점파 및 점착하는 씨앗 점착수단； 상기 씨앗 점착수단의 하부 견인수단의 후방과 연결되어 상기 씨앗이 점착된 생분해 멀칭필름을 지면에 씨앗이 직접 접촉되도록 피복하는 피복수단；을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 씨앗 피복장치는, 현장에서 번거러움 없이 씨앗의 점파에서부터 점착 및 피복이 이루어짐에 따라 경제적이고 생력적이며 단시간 내에 피복 효율성을 최대한 높일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 그로 인한 작물의 재배 효율성 또한 극대화할 수 있는 것이다.
