PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DNA repair promoter in which the repair of the damage of DNA by an ultraviolet B radiation is effectively promoted, and further the safety is high to a human body.SOLUTION: The DNA repair promoter includes an extract in which the compression strained lees of a fruit of a Delaware kind (Delaware) is extracted by a polar solvent after an enzyme treatment is performed. The fruit that does not substantially contain a seed in which the gibberellin treatment is performed is desirably used.
