This colored photosensitive resin composition contains: (A) a pigment; (B) a basic dye derivative; (C-1) a phosphoric acid-based dispersing agent represented by general formula (II) or (C-2) a carboxylic acid-based dispersing agent resulting from reacting a polymer (POH) having a hydroxyl group at least at one terminus or a polymer (PNH2) having a primary amino group at least at one terminus, and a tricarboxylic acid anhydride or tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride; (D) a resin binder; (E) a photoinitiator; and (F) a polymerizable compound.
