PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spoon which allows a user to stir fermented soybeans to give it sufficient stickiness in a short time, to prevent a sauce, mustard, etc. from sticking to the users hand upon opening a seasoning bag containing them, mustard, etc., and to squeeze a sufficient amount of them, mustard, etc. out of the seasoning bag.SOLUTION: The spoon 1 used to stir soybeans in a soybean container includes a tabular stirring/scooping portion 10 and a handle 20 connected to the stirring/scooping portion 10. The stirring/scooping portion 10 has a cut slot 11 of slit form which penetrates the stirring/scooping portion 10 from its front face to back face and forms an opening on the peripheral edge 10c of the stirring/scooping portion 10 and extends to the interior 10d of the stirring/scooping portion 10 to provide a slot in which a seasoning bag can be inserted, and a squeezing slot 12.
