A dynamic physiological measuring system is disclosed. The dynamic physiological measuring system includes a sensor array, an amplifier unit, a triaxial accelerometer and an adaptive filter. The sensor array is disposed on an animal body portion and located on different positions. The sensor array can detect a dynamic physiological signal to generate a plurality of photoplethysmogram signals. The amplifier unit amplifies the photoplethysmogram signals to generate a plurality of amplified photoplethysmogram signals. The triaxial accelerometer generates a predetermined noise signal. Each of the real physiological signals has a main physiological signal and a real noise signal. The adaptive filter can remove the real noise signal by the predetermined noise signal.
