PURPOSE: A skin massager for removing skin waste and wrinkles from the skin around the face and the neck is provided to decompose the skin waste using near infrared rays. CONSTITUTION: A skin massager for removing skin waste and wrinkles includes a regulator vacuum pump(32), first and second switches(35, 36), a rechargeable near infrared ray generator(37), and a complex vacuum source(30). The second switch automatically or manually controls the regulator vacuum pump and the vacuum pressure. The first switch automatically or manually controls the wavelength of near infrared rays. The complex vacuum source is detachably installed on the massager, and includes the direct-current and the near infrared ray generator. The vacuum source includes a connection hose connected to a cupping glass with a filter and plural near infrared ray lamps.본 발명은 얼굴과 목 부위에서 설정된 부압을 유지 하면서 피부에 닿는 부위에 근적와선 램프가 설치된 부항컵을 피부에 밀착시킨 상태로 이동을 할 수 있어 피부의 노폐물 제거와 주름살 제거의 효율성을 높일 수 있으며 마스크에 근적외선 램프가 부착되어 피부속 노폐물을 분해하여 주는 피부 노폐물 제거 및 주름제거용 피부 마사지기에 관한 것이다.
