PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article capable of being easily worn by a wearer in any posture, and capable of easily adjusting the length of a belt to be adapted to a wide-sized wearer.
SOLUTION: The diaper 1A includes: an absorbent body 2 including an abdominal portion A, a back portion B and a crotch portion C the belt 3 for fixing the absorbent body 2 to the wearer and a belt loop 4 fixed to the absorbent body 2 for inserting the belt 3. The belt loop 4 has a fixed fixture material 41 fixed to the absorbent body 2, and the belt 3 has an adjusting fixture material 31 for adjusting the length of the belt so that the length of the belt can be adjusted when the diaper 1A is worn. The diaper 1A is worn by laying the belt 3 between the abdominal portion A and the back portion B via the belt loop 4 fixed to the absorbent body 2.
