[Problem] To provide an orthodontic implant device which is easy to create, and with which the scope of selection of a material used to form an extension arm can be expanded.[Solution] This orthodontic implant device is provided with: a pair of anchor members 10 secured to a palate M1； a bridge member 20 disposed in such a way as to link the pair of anchor members 10； a disposing member 30 disposed on the bridge member 20； and an extension arm 40 which moves teeth M2. The disposing member 30 comprises: a securing portion 31 for securing the extension arm 40； and a wire-shaped protruding portion for disposing the securing portion 31 on the bridge member 20.Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un dispositif d'implant orthodontique qui est facile à créer, et avec lequel la portée de sélection d'un matériau utilisé pour former un bras d'extension peut être étendue.
