A disclosed steering control device for walking assistance of the present invention comprises: a body unit assisting a walking force of a user； a handle unit rotatably connected to the body unit, and capable of being gripped by the user； a plurality of sensing units arranged in the handle unit, and sensing a steering intent of the user by a pressure change varied according to a walking direction of the user； and a control unit controlling driving of the body unit in association with the steering intent sensed by the sensing unit.
