PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfusion suction device having a simplified structure but yet being capable of adjusting the perfusion quantity favorably.SOLUTION: Provided is a perfusion suction device, allowing a demountable cassette to be mounted to the main body thereof. The cassette comprises: a passage through which a perfusate flows a cave-in portion 83 provided midway of the passage a peripheral portion 82a provided around the passage and adjacent to the cave-in portion a flexible seal member 81 covering the cave-in portion and peripheral portion and a hollow portion formed by the cave-in portion and seal member and flowing the perfusate therethrough.
