The present invention relates to a method for preparing a dried laver containing potassium iodide. A mixture in which potassium iodide is mixed with green tea powder or Salicornia herbacea powder is coated on a dried laver during a seasoning procedure. The green tea powder of the present invention is obtained by collecting and drying green tea leaves, pulverizing it into a size of 100-500 mesh, and then mixing potassium iodide with the green tea powder. Here, the mixing ratio is such that 0.03-0.07 parts by weight of iodine and 0.07-0.1 parts by weight of potassium are mixed with 100 parts by weight of green tea powder. The Salicornia herbacea powder is obtained by collecting and drying Salicornia herbacea foliages, pulverizing it into a size of 100-500 mesh, and then mixing potassium iodide with the Salicornia herbacea powder. Here, the mixing ratio is such that 0.03-0.07 parts by weight of iodine and 0.07-0.1 parts by weight of potassium are mixed with 100 parts by weight of Salicornia herbacea powder.
