A series of constructs comprising of elements such as promoters, selectable marker genes, multiple cloning sites for insertion of genes of interest and terminator sequences such that the combination of the said elements provide for choice and flexibility required to regulate the expression of several genes wherein the promoters used to initiate expression may be constitutive or inducible, weak or strong, depending on the gene to be expressed the selectable marker may be proximally present to allow easy selection of cells that have integrated the construct in the genome a gene of interest may be cloned in the multiple cloning site of the construct to allow expression from the promoter sequence.
