The adhered regions (62) have a predetermined length (L1) in the lateral direction. When the leg members (15) are stretched, in a front lower part (FU) that is located in front of and below the leg openings (LH) in a worn state, there is at least one adhered region (62) that is inclined so that the end on the leg opening (LH) side of the adhered region (62) is positioned above the end on the absorbent body (10) side.
