PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical hair growth device on which, a position of an optical unit to a head is hardly deviated.SOLUTION: An optical hair growth device 10 comprises a head set 20 for outputting light, and a controller 90 for controlling operation of the head set 20. The head set 20 comprises: an optical unit 30 having a light source 32 a pair of arms 40 to be attached to the optical unit 30 a pair of first attachment parts 100 which is attached to the arms 40 for applying reaction force and a pair of second attachment parts 200 which is attached to the optical unit 30 for applying reaction force. When the head set 20 is attached to the head, the pair of first attachment parts 100 contacts a temporal region respectively, for applying reaction force to the head.
