PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medication assist device which does not impart uneasiness or discomfort to a user when a discharged medicine case is taken out.SOLUTION: A medication assist device 100 includes a case discharge mechanism 120 in an upper end of a case accommodation part 103 accommodating plural medicine cases 90 in a stacked state. The case discharge mechanism 120 includes a push-out body 124 displaced in a direction pushing out a frontmost medicine case 90S positioned to be frontmost among the stacked medicine cases 90. The push-out body 124 includes an overhang body 124b pushing a back face of the frontmost medicine case 90S. The overhang body 124b is constituted by two plate-shaped bodies suspended from an upper face side of the case accommodation part 103 and is formed in a length slightly shorter than a thickness of the frontmost medicine case 90S.
