PURPOSE: A functional feed composition for pigs containing acanthopanax koreanum nakai is provided to improve the delivery rate, and the meat quality of the pigs. CONSTITUTION: A functional feed composition for pigs contains a feed admixture including general purpose mixed feed, acanthopanax koreanum nakai stems, and acanthopanax koreanum nakai roots. The pigs fed with the functional feed composition have the body temperature increasing rate after the vaccination less than 1 deg C. The delivery rate of the pig fed with the functional feed is greater than 85%.본 발명은 양돈에 적용할 수 있는 기능성 사료 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로 본 발명에 따른 양돈용 사료 조성물은 1) 범용 배합사료, 및 2) 탐라오갈피 줄기 및 탐라오갈피 뿌리를 포함하는 사료 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 양돈용 사료 조성물은 양돈용 돼지의 사육시 해열효과, 분만율, 육질 등급 등이 우수하고, 폐사율, 임신사고율 등이 낮은 특성이 있다.
