PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sauna apparatus, indicating the waiting time until a sauna room becomes bathing state from the start of operation.SOLUTION: This sauna apparatus includes: a heating means 9 for heating water in a water storing part a drain valve provided in the midway of a drain pipe for draining water in the water storing part a water crushing means for pumping up hot water stored in the water storing part by its rotation and crushing the hot water to generate micro-drops and negative ions a blower 35 for supplying generated micro-drops and negative ions into the sauna room and an air heating means 43 for heating air in the sauna room circulated by the blower 35. The apparatus performs sauna operation for supplying the micro-drops and negative ions into the sauna room.
