PURPOSE: A fish trap is provided to make folding thereof possible using a folding spring and to conveniently fix a fishing net. CONSTITUTION: A fish trap comprises an upper ring, a lower ring(200), a plurality of springs, a net(300), and a combining member(500). The upper ring comprises a plurality of upper spring fixing units and upper supports. The lower ring comprises a plurality of lower spring fixing units and lower supports. The net protects the upper ring, lower ring, and a plurality of the springs and comprises a plurality inducing units. The spring comprises a first spring, a second spring, and a third spring.본 발명의 통발은 상하로 이격되어 구비되는 상부링과 하부링, 상기 상부링과 상기 하부링에 연결되는 복수개의 스프링, 상기 상부링과 상기 하부링을 전체적으로 감싸고, 측면에 어류를 포획할 수 있는 복수개의 유인구가 형성되어 있는 그물망 및 상기 상부링과 상기 하부링을 절첩하였을 경우 고정하는 결합부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
