The present invention relates to an automatic medical cleaning device. Moreover, by connecting a front end of an endoscope to a connection nozzle of the cage by an adaptor (62), not only all corners of the outside and the inside of the endoscope (2) but also surgical tools held in a support plate are evenly cleaned by the cage (50) rotated.
