The oxygen generating medium is mixed with soil to be improved before planting plants, and the aerobic condition is formed inside the soil by the oxygen generating medium generating oxygen when the water is supplied to the soil. The oxygen generator is decomposed to secure the air permeability and water drainage properties in the soil, and the organic binder is decomposed to be absorbed to the roots of the plants with microorganisms for forming the soil environment optimized for the growth of the plants.본 발명은 토양개량용 산소발생담체 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 다공성 경량 골재, 산소발생재, 유기결합재 및 무기결합재를 포함하여 구성되며, 이들을 혼합, 성형, 건조하는 단계들을 거쳐 제작된다. 본 발명의 산소발생담체를 개량하고자 하는 토양에 혼합하고 식물을 식재한 다음, 수분이 공급하면 산소가 발생되어 토양에 호기성 조건이 형성되며, 산소발생재가 분해되면서 토양에 통기성과 배수성이 확보되고 유기결합재가 분해되면 미생물과 식물의 뿌리에 흡수되어 식물이 성장하기에 최적화된 토양 환경이 조성된다.
