An immunoconjugate comprising an antibody which binds to endothelin receptor type B (ETBR), covalently attached to a cytotoxic agent, wherein said antibody binds to an epitope located within a region from 64 th to 101 th amino acid residue sequence of SEQ ID NO: 10, and wherein said cytotoxic agent is a pirrolobenzodiazepin.2. The immunoconjugate of claim 1, wherein the antibody comprises:. (I) HVR-H3, comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 14, (ii) HVR-L3, comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 17, and (iii) HVR -H2, comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 13.3. The immunoconjugate of claim 1, wherein the antibody comprises:. (I) HVR-H1, comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 12, (ii) HVR-H2, having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 13, and (iii) HVR -H3, comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 14.4. The immunoconjugate of claim 1, wherein the antibody comprises:. (I) HVR-H1, comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 12, (ii) HVR-H2, having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 13, (iii) HVR- H3, comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 14, (iv) HVR-L1, containing the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 15, (v) HVR-L2, comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 16, and (vi) HVR-L3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 17.5. The immunoconjugate of claim 1, wherein the antibody comprises (i) HVR-L1, containing the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:. 15, (ii) HVR-L2, comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 16, and (iii) HVR- L3, comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 17.6. The immunoconjugate of claim 1, wherein the antibody comprises: a) the sequence VH, which is at least 95% identical to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 8. or b) the sequence of VL, which is at least 95%
