The present invention relates to a method of producing a matured solution of Chinese yam tubers； and to a matured solution of Chinese yam tubers produced thereby. The method of the present invention can produce a novel matured solution of Chinese yam tubers having beneficial effects by aging Chinese yam tubers with a mineral mixture and sugars. Further, the matured solution of Chinese yam tubers produced by the method of the present invention exhibits high cell stability and cellular activity, and low skin toxicity and irritability, compared to Chinese yam tuber extracts produced by using aqueous solvents or organic solvents such as alcohols.
