The eco-friendly smart lighting system includes a biometric and environment information acquisition unit for acquiring biometric information and environment information of a user； an intelligent lighting management middleware for calculating emotional index corresponding to the user′s biorhythm based on the collected biometric information and environment information to output lighting control data； a master lighting controller that controls the brightness and color of an LED lighting based on the lighting control data； and a slave lighting controller that adjusts the color and brightness of lighting according to the lighting control data. The master lighting controller or the slave lighting controller combines two color temperatures so that the power consumption is kept constant when implementing the lighting color temperature, thereby implementing the color temperature where the sum of the warm cool values is 100%.다양한 조명 색 온도(color temperature)를 만들기 위해 복수의 색 온도를 조합하여 구현하는 경우 발생하는 과도한 소비전력 방지하고, 항상 일정한 소비전력을 유지하며 디밍시에는 전력 절감을 도모할 수 있도록 한 전력 절감 기능이 구비된 친환경 스마트 조명시스템에 관한 것으로서, 사용자의 생체정보 및 환경정보를 획득하는 생체 및 환경정보 획득수단, 수집한 생체정보 및 환경정보를 기초로 사용자의 생체리듬에 대응하는 감성 지수를 산출하여 조명 제어데이터를 출력하는 지능형 조명관리 미들웨어, 조명 제어데이터를 기초로 LED조명의 밝기 및 색상을 제어하는 마스터 조명 컨트롤러 및 조명 제어 데이터에 따라 조명의 색상 및 밝기를 조절하는 슬레이브 조명 컨트롤러를 포함하여 전력 절감 기능이 구비된 친환경 스마트 조명시스템을 구현하며, 마스터 조명 컨트롤러 또는 슬레이브 조명 컨트롤러는 조명 색 온도 구현 시 소비전력이 일정하게 유지되도록 두 가지 색 온도를 조합하여 웜쿨값의 합이 100%가 되도록 색 온도를 구현한다.
