A side delivery rake for side windrows comprising a frame (2), connectable to a tractor (43) for being moved along a traveling direction (D), a first windrowing assembly (4) and a second windrowing assembly (5), of a comb-like type, carried by the frame (2) and angularly rotatable with respect to the frame (2) between respective working and transport positions, in which the first windrowing assembly (4) and the second windrowing assembly (5) are respectively lowered and lifted. The side delivery rake is equipped with a linkage (8), configured to be connected to the front of a tractor (43) in a first configuration and to a rear of the tractor (43) in a second configuration, so that the frame (2) is pushed by tractor (43) in the first configuration and carried in the second configuration. In addition, the first windrowing assembly (4) has a first portion, arranged between the second windrowing assembly (5) and the linkage (8), and a second portion that projects from the linkage (8) in a traveling direction (D) on the side of the tractor (43).
