PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation imaging device and a radiation imaging system, which can perform output in accordance with a radiation irradiating amount.SOLUTION: A radiation imaging device includes: a plurality of pixel circuits which respectively output signals by converting radiation into electric charges and a control part which performs reset drive (R1) for resetting the electric charges of the pixel circuits and processing for reading out the signals of the plurality of pixel circuits.
