PURPOSE: A lower floor locking structure for a disabled person vehicle is provided to ease the riding of a disabled person and a patient riding a wheel chair and preventing a head of a person on a wheel chair from reaching to the roof by reducing the incline of a slope connecting the ground and a vehicle by lowering the inner bottom of the vehicle.CONSTITUTION: A lower floor locking structure(1) for a disabled person vehicle comprises a lower floor(10) and a suspension(20). The lower floor comprises a flange in the top part and a bracket(12) in the bottom part. The bracket comprises a fastening piece in the upper side for fastening the lower floor to a vehicle stably. A suspension comprises a pair of upper arms(21), a pair of lower arms(22), and a pair of connecting bars(23). One ends of the pair of upper arms are fixed to both sides of the lower floor and the other sides are extended to the cross direction for the longitudinal direction of the lower floor. One ends of the pair of lower arms are fixed to both lower sides of the lower floor and the other sides are extended to opposite direction of the lower floor.
