The present invention relates to a cosmetic swab comprising: a swab body gripped by a hand a blackhead removing portion formed on one end of the swab body and a pore contraction portion formed on the other end thereof, wherein a pumping portion disposed at one side of a swab pipe constituting the swab body and a liquid accommodation portion formed at one side of the pumping portion to accommodate functional liquid are arranged to enable a user to use the cosmetic swab containing functional liquid to make blackhead removed and pores contracted. Moreover, the swab can be conveniently used and a constant amount of functional liquid is supplied to both ends thereof through the pumping portion, thereby making a proper amount applied to a wide area and used.
