PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic generating method taking characteristics of tissues existing in a propagation path of an ultrasonic wave into consideration, a computer-readable recording medium recording the same, and an ultrasonic irradiation apparatus.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic generating method for generating an ultrasonic wave irradiated from an ultrasonic irradiation apparatus includes: a step of acquiring a medical image including anatomical information of a subject； a step of calculating the characteristics of one or more tissues constituting the subject affecting the propagation of the ultrasonic wave on the basis of the medical image； a step of determining a parameter of the ultrasonic wave for forming a focal point of the subject by using the calculated characteristics； and a step of generating the ultrasonic wave in accordance with the determined parameter.【課題】超音波の伝搬経路に存在する組職の特性を考慮した超音波生成方法及びそれを記録したコンピュータ読取可能記録媒体並びに超音波照射装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明による超音波生成方法は、超音波照射装置から照射される超音波を生成する方法において、被写体の解剖学的情報を含む医療画像を取得する段階と、前記医療画像に基づいて前記超音波の伝搬（ｐｒｏｐａｇａｔｉｏｎ）に影響を与える前記被写体を構成する１つ以上の組職（ｔｉｓｓｕｅ）の特性を計算する段階と、前記計算された特性を用いて前記被写体に焦点を形成するための前記超音波のパラメータを決定する段階と、前記決定されたパラメータに従って前記超音波を生成する段階とを有する。【選択図】 図１
