PURPOSE: A breast pumping device and a breast pump are provided to prevent breast milk from moving inversely using a pumping chamber with an inverse current preventing device which is connected to a sucking hose in a pressure making part.CONSTITUTION: A breast pumping device generates sucking pressure which is needed to suck breast milk. The breast pumping device comprises a pressure making part(30), a pumping chamber which forms the upper and the lower part of a case(41,42) and delivers sucking pressure to the outside, an inverse current preventing film(50) which is arranged in the pumping chamber, fixed between the lower and the upper part of the case in a connecting part(43) and separates the pumping chamber into lower and upper parts, and a sucking hose(32) which delivers the pressure made in the pressure making part to the pumping chamber.
