PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical container having strong seal parts on both sides of a partitioning weak seal part, while preventing the container from being broken at a boundary part between the strong seal part and the weak seal part when chemical chambers communicate with each other.SOLUTION: The medical container 1 includes: a soft bag 2 having a first chemical chamber 3 and a second chemical chamber 4 partitioned by a partitioning part 10, first chemical liquid 15 filled in the first chemical chamber, second chemical liquid 16 filled in the second chemical chamber, and a discharge port 9 communicating with the first chemical chamber 3. The partitioning part 10 includes the weak seal part 11 which is provided in a central part and can be peeled off, and the strong seal parts 12 and 13 which are provided on both sides of the weak seal part 11 so that the end parts overlap the end part of the weak seal part 11 and wider than the weak seal part 11.
