The present invention relates to a cultivation container and a mass-production method of potato seedlings using the same. More specifically, the cultivation container includes a main body and a cover. The main body includes a left side plate, a right side plate, a lower side plate, a rear plate, and a front plate. Upper end portions of the left side plate and the right side plate of the main body are formed to be inclined downward at a certain degree. The front plate is formed to have the height shorter than that of the rear plate. The cover includes a left side plate, a right side plate, an upper side plate, a lower side plate, and a front plate. Upper end portions of the left side plate and the right side plate of the cover are formed to be inclined downward at a certain degree. A side of the cover, which is open toward the front plate of the main body, is moved to be joined with the cover. Therefore, the cultivation container includes the main body and the cover having optimized angles of inclination, and thus can increase an absorption amount of light transmitted to the cultivation container. Especially, in the cultivation container, a proliferation process and an acclimation process of a disease free stem can be performed. Therefore, the potato seedlings in a large amount can be grown in a short period of time.본 발명은 배양용기 및 이를 이용한 씨감자 묘의 생산방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 본체 및 덮개가 포함되고, 상기 본체는 좌우 측판, 하 측판, 후판 및 전판을 포함하며, 상기 좌우 측판의 상단은 일정각도 하향으로 경사지도록 형성되고, 상기 전판의 높이가 후판의 높이보다 낮도록 형성되고, 상기 덮개는 좌우 측판, 상하 측판 및 전판을 포함하며, 상기 좌우 측판의 상단은 일정각도 하향으로 경사지도록 형성되고, 상기 본체와 덮개는 본체의 전판 쪽으로 덮개의 개방된 일측이 이동하여 결합된 배양용기를 제공한다. 따라서, 본 발명은 최적의 경사 각도를 갖는 본체 및 덮개를 구비하여 배양용기 내로 조사되는 광의 흡수량을 증가시킬 수 있으며, 특히 상기 배양용기 내에서 무병줄기의 증식 및 순화 과정을 수행할 수 있어 단시간에 씨감자 묘를 대량으로 생산할 수 있다.
