PURPOSE: A multi complex tank for an aquaculture using bio-flac is provided to purify seawater with organic compounds used for farming fishes in an environmentally friendly way. CONSTITUTION: A multi complex tank(100) for an aquaculture using bio-flac is as follows. A water tank frame(20) with a water tank shelf which is equipped with several polygonal shaped water tank shelves comprises a water tank(22) for growing water plants which cover 55-65% of the water tank frame. At the floor of the water tank for growing water plants, several holes are formed and the floor is covered with a material which supports the plants and contacts water for farming fishes(21) to play a role as a filter and a supporter. The lower part and side part of the water tank shelf are formed with a lighting device(30). An exit part for controlling water status and a fish farming water supplier(70) are installed on one side of the water tank shelf. A pipe(90) is formed in the exit part for controlling water status and the fish farming water supplier for controlling the movement and circulation of the fish farming water. The water tank frame which is detachable from the water tank shelf is made of a transparent material and detached by a detaching device when the water tank is treated. The outside of the water tank shelf comprises a protein skimmer(60) with a collecting cup which is connected to the water tank frame and a valve(80) to control the concentration of protein in the water tank.본 발명은 미래 실내 빌딩형 양식을 위한 수조 시스템으로서 좁은 공간 안에서 자연생태계에서 생태학적 위치(ecological niche)가 다른 생물(어류, 패류, 무척추동물, 식물)을 복합적으로 사육함으로 사료의 절감, 수질의 정화 등을 환경친화적으로 조절하며 생산하고 유지할 수 있는 수조 시스템으로, 어류사육시 잔여 먹이, 배설물 등을 새우류가 섭식하고 어류와 새우에서 배설된 잔류물과 분해된 유기물을 패류 및 무척추동물이 섭취하며 사육수내에 미생물이 유기물을 분해하여 용해된 질소원을 수경재배용 식물이 이용하여 다영양양식(multitropic culture)이 가능하다. 사육수는 환수를 최소화함으로서 서식하는 미생물이 번식하게 하여 바이오플락을 이루게 되고 이렇게 형성된 바이오플락이 사육생물의 먹이로 재 섭취되는 효과를 갖게 된다.
