PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating a human subject liable to suffer from tumors expressing ErbB2 protein or diagnosed on the tumor.SOLUTION: Provided is a treating method comprising: (a) treating with a therapeutically effective amount of an anti-ErbB2 antibody； (b) surgically removing the tumor； and (c) treating with a therapeutically effective amount of a chemotherapeutical agent. Optionally, the step (a) further comprises treatment with a therapeutically effective amount of a chemotherapeutic agent.
