PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture meter which is capable of simply measuring the moisture content of a subject, and is effective as an assisting means for the subject to appropriately regulate moisture.SOLUTION: The moisture meter 1 measures the moisture of the subject M and includes: a probe-type moisture measuring unit 30 for measuring the moisture under the armpit R in order to measure the moisture content of the subject M by being held under the armpit R of the subject M and a body temperature measuring unit 31 for measuring the body temperature of the subject M by being held under the armpit R of the subject M.
