PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide systems, methods and devices for solving problems of inadequate fixation of an augment or an undesirable positioning of the augment in native bone.SOLUTION: Orthopedic implant augments with fastener locking mechanisms are provided. The augments 100 include a surface 106 for mating with an implant component and a surface for interfacing with a patient's bone. The fastener locking mechanisms 105 are aligned such that the augment may be locked in a variety of orientations while maintaining close contact with both an implant and a patient's bone.
