HERBICIDAL COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING 4-AMINO-3-CHLORO-6-(4-CHLORO-2-FLUORO-3-METHOXYPHENYL) PYRIDINE-2-CARBOXYLIC ACID OR A DERIVATIVE THEREOF AND FLUFENACET
