The present invention relates to a composition comprising a chondrocyte-derived extracellular membrane (ECM) of an animal as an active ingredient for preventing post-surgical adhesion formation. More specifically, the ECM of an animal inhibits fibrosis and inflammation of a wound portion after a surgery of a strabismus patient to prevent post-surgical adhesion formation, thereby preventing complications caused by the adhesion of the wound portion after the surgery.본 발명은 동물 무릎연골 세포 유래의 세포외 기질막(chondrocyte derived extracellular membrane； ECM)을 유효성분으로 함유하여 외과수술 후 유착 형성 방지용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 동물 무릎연골 세포 유래의 세포외 기질막(chondrocyte derived extracellular membrane； ECM)은 사시증 환자의 외과수술 후 상처부위의 섬유화와 염증을 억제하여 유착 형성을 방지함으로써 외과수술 후 수술부위의 유착에 의한 합병증을 예방할 수 있다.
