A solar panel arrangement which comprises: at least two solar panel structures (112, 114, 116, 122, 124, 126) which are configured to be installed in a solar power plant park so that an intermediate space (130) is left between the solar panel structures； and a shield (140) which is configured to protect one or more cultivation tanks (232) or plantations (132) in the intermediate space (130), wherein said solar panel structures comprise a two-sided solar panel (510, 520A, 520B), at least one part (510) of which passes radiation (500) through, and wherein the shield (140) comprises a partly reflecting surface (530) which is configured to reflect at least part (504) of the radiation (502), passed through by said at least one part (510), back towards the two-sided solar panel (510, 520A, 520B).
