PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nanocomposite body formed by bonding paper making sludge and magnesium ammonium phosphate (MAP) to each other and a manufacturing method of surely and stably manufacturing the nanocomposite body. SOLUTION: The paper making sludge component and the MPA are firmly bonded to each other in molecule level by the reaction of phosphate, magnesium salt and ammonium salt with each other in the coexisting of the paper making sludge to bring the magnesium ammonium phosphate of the reaction product to be close in nanoorder distance to or into contact with the paper making sludge to form fine crystal micelle 3.
